Scope of Withdrawal Right
Under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason in distance contracts.
Withdrawal Exceptions
Fresh flowers and plant products fall under the category of perishable goods and are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Custom-made products (custom design bouquets, products with written card messages) cannot be subject to withdrawal.
Withdrawal Process
For products within the scope of withdrawal, you must submit a written notification to our customer service within 14 days. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return and Refund
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, payment will be refunded within 14 days of the product reaching us. Refund is made through the same method of payment.
