Order Process
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. You will be notified via SMS and/or email when your order is confirmed. You can track your order details on our 'Order Tracking' page.
Delivery Conditions
Deliveries are made only within Antalya city limits. Delivery times are determined by the time slot selected during order placement. If the recipient is not at the address, delivery may be made to a neighbor or doorman. If delivery cannot be completed, you will be informed and an alternative solution will be offered.
Payment Conditions
Payments are processed through iyzico secure payment infrastructure. Credit card, debit card, and installment payment options are available. All payments are protected with 3D Secure. Your card information is not stored by us.
Cancellation and Modification
Orders can be canceled before the preparation stage begins. Cancellation requests after preparation has started are considered but not guaranteed. Order modification requests should be communicated through customer service.
Product Warranty
Our fresh flower products are prepared to be fresh and healthy at the time of delivery. For products damaged during delivery, exchange or refund process will be initiated upon photo-documented application.
Changes to Terms
ELS Çiçek Dünyası reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes are effective from the date of publication. Users are advised to regularly check this page.
